Do you deliver?
Of course! We proudly deliver to anywhere inside Whitman County – including Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID! For additional delivery pricing or questions, please call our team at 509-397-3021.
Can you include a gift item with my delivery?
For sure! We have gift sets that might be what you’re looking for! Click HERE to go to our shop. If you have something specific in mind, just ring us at 509-397-3021.
Can you ship gift items I see on Instagram or Facebook?
Definitely. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do. However, additional shipping fees will be added.
When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. To request a specific delivery time, please call in advance. In most areas, orders placed as late as 1p.m. can usually be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). We do NOT delivery on Saturday or Sundays, as we are not open. If you are unsure, please call us. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance to ensure availability and on-time delivery. We cannot guarantee any specific time for delivery on holidays.
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. However, based on the nature of these requests, we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Do you deliver to dorms?
We can! However, please keep in mind that we do have to follow school policy and leave the bouq or gift set at the front desk. Sometimes – not often – it doesn’t make it to your student the way we left it. If you’re scheduling a delivery to a dorm, please leave the student’s full name, room number, and phone number in the Special Delivery Instructions if ordering online or make sure to include that info when you call!
What will happen if the recipient is not home?
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please call us or, if you’re ordering online, leave a note in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will either:
1. Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
2. Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
3. Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home. (porch, garage, or other entrance)
4. Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information.
Will the flowers look exactly like they do in the photos?
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or vases are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the arrangement you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Can I cancel an order once it’s been placed?
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
